When you are handwriting thank you notes or signing letters and legal documents, you need a great pen that you can have always at the ready.

Some of the “experts” suggest you have one pen for everyday and a second one for signatures. 4. This is something you will use many times every day, so you need to make sure you have selected a pen that will be easy to keep full of ink and at the ready.

Once you have selected your perfect pen, trash all the disposables you have lying around and find a place to keep your pen so it’s always ready to use. If you are a woman, find a special place in your purse, bag or in the case that holds your tablet (paper or computer variety) that you have with you constantly to hold the pen. If you are a man, find a place in your attache, your messenger bag,or  your notebook/tablet.

A good pen is a joy. If you have one, you will never want to use a cheap one again. You will also take care never to let your pen be misplaced. A good pen is worth the upkeep.
